Kelly McIntosh has always been passionate about helping people grow, connect, and thrive. Since 2006, she’s worked as an educator, coach, and mindfulness guide, with a focus on creating environments that foster emotional intelligence, connection, and resilience. Whether in a classroom, yoga studio, or on the field with athletes, Kelly believes that true growth comes from understanding and nurturing our inner selves, so we can connect more deeply with others.
After becoming a registered yoga teacher, certified mindfulness coach, and trauma-informed specialist, Kelly saw firsthand how these practices could transform lives—not just for children in school but for adults, families, and communities. This realization led her to create The Connected Method, a comprehensive approach to mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and mental resilience. Here, she brings together decades of research, teaching, and personal experience to help individuals and organizations build stronger, more mindful connections.
Kelly’s work with The Connected Method spans across schools, businesses, athletes, and families, offering tools and practices that empower people to connect with themselves and each other on a deeper level. Her mission is simple: to inspire meaningful connection through the power of mindfulness.
